Die Splitters / Die Manipulators for press Dies / Tools are used for safe and quick maintenance of press dies or molds. No more unsafe and difficult splitting with overhead crane. One man can safely open and turn dies in minutes. Precise opening with a parallell lift. Different clamping options depending on tool size.
They are available in many different designs, depending of the size and weight of the dies as well as which steps the customer wants to execute during the maintenance or cleaning of the press dies. Sizes from one ton and 1000 mm wide up to 6000 mm wide and 60 tons stamping dies / tools.
